Welcome to the on-line home of Kelvington Stockyards
Peterson's Auction Market is now known as Kelvington Stockyards. The name has changed, but most everything else has remained the same. Keith Weaver, out of Lloydminster, is the proud new owner of Kelvington Stockyards, a division of Weaver Ranching. Ryan and Della Peterson, who had operated the livestock auction business for over 35 years, are stepping down. Their devotion and dedication to the livestock industry will be greatly missed. Their sons, Casey and Clint, will remain on staff. Casey Peterson will be doing the auctioneering; he has been auctioneering for the last 20 years and is decorated as being one of the best yodellers in the country. Clint Peterson, who has been a barn rat for the last 20 years, will be stepping up and taking on the managerial duties of the market.
We look forward to working with you, the cattlemen and cattlewomen in the livestock business, and marketing your cattle to the best of our abilities.
